Enquiries and orders

All products are made to order. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. An order is confirmed once BILLIE J BAKES LTD has confirmed availability, design and final price.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on size, quantity, flavour, decoration and personalisation and is confirmed in writing before baking begins.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order. Late changes may not be possible once baking or decoration has started.

Products

Handmade products vary slightly in appearance and decoration. Inspiration images are used as a design guide rather than an exact copy.
